  1. 1 Boneless chuck roast - (abt 3 lbs)

  2. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml House Seasoning - (see recipe)

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Vegetable oil

  4. 1 Onion - thinly sliced

  5. 3 Bay leaves

  6. 3 Beef bouillon cubes - (to 4) - crushed

  7. 2 Garlic cloves - crushed

  8. 1 Condensed cream of mushroom soup - - (10 3/4 oz)

  9. 1/2 cup 118ml Chardonnay

  1. Recipe Instructions Sprinkle roast on all sides with house seasoning. Using a skillet over high heat, sear roast until brown in oil. Place roast in a slow cooker, and layer onions, bay leaves, crushed bouillon cubes, garlic, and cream of mushroom soup. Add the Chardonnay and cover with enough water to cover all of the ingredients. Cook on the low setting for 8 hours. This recipe yields 6 servings.
