  1. 1 1/3 lbs 605g / 21oz Potatoes - - cut into 1/4-inch (4 medium)

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Chicken breasts - -

  3. Cut into 1/2-inch strips

  4. 2 Garlic cloves - minced

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Dried rosemary - crumbled

  7. Salt and pepper - to taste

  1. Place potatoes in shallow 1 1/2- to 2-quart microwave-safe dish.

  2. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes until just tender. While potatoes cook, in large nonstick skillet over high heat, toss and brown chicken and garlic in oil 5 minutes. Add potatoes and rosemary; toss until potatoes are lightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
