  1. 350 g Cantonese wanton wrappers

  2. 8 sheets Parsley

  3. 3 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  4. 1 tbsp

  1. Deep-fry wanton wrappers in hot oil until golden yellow and crisp. Drain and put on a serving plate. Blanch scallop in boiling water. Drain. Pan-fry scallop in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add seasoning mix and stir well until heated through. Put scallop on fried wanton wrappers and sprinkle with parsley.
