  1. 1 14 1/2 oz. College Inn ® Chicken Broth with Roasted Vegetable & Herbs

  2. 1 Tbsp. butter

  3. 1 Tbsp. shallot minced

  4. 1/4 cup white wine

  5. 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes diced

  6. 1/2 cup heavy cream

  7. 1/4 tsp. sugar

  1. Directions Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Add shallots and sauté 1 minute. Add broth, white wine and sun-dried tomatoes, bring to a boil and simmer to reduce, about 10 minutes. Add heavy cream and sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, to desired thickness.

  2. Sauce – serve with baked or grilled cod, pork, or chicken breasts
