  1. Step 1>take the eggplants and wash them, take a bowl with some water and put some salt into that. cut the eggplants into four pieces make sure not to cut whole eggplant, we have t cut vankaya like gutthi vankaya curry one, now put these pieces into water until masal gets ready. Step 2>now take the fried palli, garlic cloves, chilli powder, salt grind into a fine paste dont put water, later add tomato make a fine paste at last add coriander to masala dont grind coriander into fine paste. Step 3> Now masala is ready fill this masala in the eggplants nicely and keep it aside Step 4> take a hallow pan and pour oil and butter into the pan. Step 5> Chop the onion into long thin slices and put in the pan fry until they turn into brown Step 6> Now add eggplants in the pan make sure medium flame and after 10 min turn sides of brinjals upside down and later pour some required water into the pan close the lid and let it cook for some time until the eggplants got cooked nicely u can try with a fork to check it is cooked totally or not. at last add some coriander chopped one to the curry if u want its optional. turn off the stove. curry is ready..
