  1. 1 pound firm tofu

  2. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  3. 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar

  4. 1 tablespoon ketchup

  5. 1 tablespoon horseradish

  6. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  7. 1 garlic clove -- minced

  1. Preparation : Slice tofu into 1/2-inch thick slices; place in glass baking dish. Whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, ketchup, horseradish, vinegar and garlic; pour over tofu, turning to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Place tofu on greased frill, reserving marinade. Grill over medium-high heat, basting with marinade, for 3 minutes per side or until browned.
