  5. 1 9 baked graham cracker

  6. -shell

  7. 8 oz Cream cheese; room temp

  8. 3/4 c Powdered sugar

  9. 1/2 c Chunky peanut butter

  10. 2 tb Milk

  11. 3 tb Roasted peanuts; chop

  12. 4 c Heavy cream; whip with a

  13. -little sugar to sweeten

  14. 1/4 c Roasted peanuts; chop

  15. Chocolate shavings

  16. 1 c Chocolate sauce in squeeze

  17. -bottle

  18. Powdered sugar in shaker

  19. Fresh mint sprigs

  20. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until

  21. smooth. Add the peanut butter, milk and peanuts. Beat the mixture until

  22. smooth. Fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter/cheese

  23. mixture. Set aside the remaining whipped cream in the refrigerator. Spoon

  24. the filling into the prepared pie shell. Refrigerate the pie for 1 hour or until the pie is set. Place a piece of the pie in the center of a plate.

  25. Garnish with pie with whipped cream, chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings,

  26. chocolate sauce, powdered asugar and mint sprigs. Source: Essence of
