  1. 1/3 c AM Bits-O-Barley

  2. 3/4 c Water

  3. 1/4 ts Sea salt 

  4. 1/2 c Shredded Monterey Jack

  5. 1 cn Cream of broccoli soup

  1. Combine all ingredients except soup and cheese in a small sauce pan.

  2. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let stand 2-3 minutes. Add soup (undiluted) and cheese, bake for 20-30 minutes at 350 F. or until mixture is heated through.

  3. SUGGESTION: Add some sauteed onions, bell pepper, celery or spices of your choice.
