  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  3. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dried sage leaves - crushed

  4. 3 Sourdough hoagie buns or hoagie buns - split lengthwise (about 6-inch length)

  5. 3/4 lb 340g / 11oz Sliced cooked turkey

  6. 1 Ca green giant extra long - drained tender green asparagus spears

  7. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Red onion rings

  8. 1 1/2 cups 219g / 7.7oz Shredded Colby - Monterey jack blend cheese or cheddar cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well. Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half. Top each with one-sixth of turkey, asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese. Place sandwiches on broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is bubbly.
