  1. 1 cup lemon juice

  2. 1/2 cup butter, melted

  3. 1/4 cup vegetable oil

  4. 1/4 cup Dijon mustard

  5. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  6. 8 to 10 garlic cloves, finely minced

  7. 3 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined with tails intact

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large, self-sealing plastic bag. Add shrimp; seal and refrigerate for 4 hours. Place shrimp on a lightly greased broiler pan. Broil 4-inches from heat for 4 minutes or until shrimp are done.
