  1. 1/2 cup cornstarch

  2. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

  3. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  4. 1/4 cup sugar

  5. 2 large eggs , lightly beaten

  6. 2 green onions , chopped

  7. 2 garlic cloves , crushed

  8. 1 tablespoon sesame seed

  9. 1 teaspoon salt

  10. 1 1/2 lbs chicken wings , separated at joints tips discarded

  11. vegetable oil

  12. 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  13. 1/2 cup sour cream

  14. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  15. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple , drained

  16. 1/8 teaspoon salt

  17. 1/8 teaspoon pepper

  18. 1 teaspoon sugar

  1. COMBINE cornstarch, flour, soy sauce, sugar, eggs, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds and salt in resealable food storage bag. Mix thoroughly.

  2. RINSE chicken; pat dry. Add to cornstarch mixture. Toss to coat. Marinate 2 hours.

  3. HEAT 2 inches oil in a deep fryer or deep heavy skillet. Fry chicken pieces, a few at a time, 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown and no longer pink in center, turning to brown evenly. Drain on paper towels.

  4. BLUE CHEESE DIP:.

  5. COMBINE all dip ingredients; refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes about 2 cups.
