  7. 17 oz Whole kernel corn; drain

  8. 15 oz Tomato sauce

  9. 1 c Picante sauce

  10. 1 tb Chili powder

  11. 1 1/2 ts Cumin

  12. 16 oz Cottage cheese sm curd

  13. 2 Eggs; slight beaten

  14. 1/4 c Parmesan cheese; grated

  15. 1 ts Oregano

  16. 1/2 ts Garlic powder

  17. 12 Corn tortillas

  18. 1 c Cheddar cheese; shredded

  19. Preheat oven to 375

  20. Brown meat; drain. Add corn, tomato sauce,

  21. picante sauce, chili powder and cumin. Simmer, stirring frequently

  22. for 5 minutes. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese, oregano

  23. and garlic powder; mix well. Arrange 6 tortillas on bottom and up

  24. sides of lightly greased 9x13 pan, overlapping as needed. Top with

  25. half of the meat mixture. Spoon cheese mixture over the meat. Arrange

  26. remaining tortillas over the cheese, overlapping as needed. Top with

  27. the remaining meat mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 375

  28. about 30

  29. minutes or until hot and bubbly. Remove from oven; sprinkle with the

  30. 10 minutes before serving
