  1. 3 cups 330g / 11oz Carrots - cooked, mashed

  2. 3 Eggs - lightly beaten

  3. 2 cups 474ml Milk

  4. 1 1/4 cups 182g / 6.4oz Pepper cheese - (4 ounces)

  5. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Bread crumbs

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Unsalted butter - melted Salt to taste

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared horseradish

  8. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Chives - finely chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 9-inch by 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
