  1. 1 (1-lb.) fully cooked center-cut ham steak (1/2 inch thick), trimmed of fat

  2. 1/4 cup barbecue sauce

  3. 2 tablespoons apple jelly

  4. 1/4 teaspoon ginger

  1. Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add ham; cook until lightly browned on both sides. Drain and discard pan drippings.

  2. In small bowl, combine barbecue sauce, jelly and ginger; mix well. Spoon mixture over ham; turn to coat. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 3 to 5 minutes or until ham is glazed and thoroughly heated.
