  1. 1 (9-ounce) package BUITONI Fettuccine

  2. 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

  3. 1/4 cup chopped onion

  4. 4 cloves garlic, minced

  5. 1 teaspoon crushed dried oregano

  6. 2 tablespoons crushed dried basil

  7. 1 (16-ounce) can plum tomatoes, chopped with juice

  8. 1/3 cup vodka

  9. 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  10. 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Additional freshly grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

  1. Heat oil in large skillet. Add onion, garlic, oregano and basil; cook until onion is tender. Add tomatoes with juice; cook for 5 minutes. Add vodka; cook 5 minutes. Stir in cream and cheese. cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until slightly thickened. Season with salt and ground black pepper. Prepare pasta according to package directions. Toss pasta with cream mixture. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
