  1. INGREDIENTS:

  2. 2 1/2 c. apples

  3. 1/2 c. sugar

  4. 3/4 c. flour

  5. 1 oz. butter, melted

  6. 1 tbsp. lemon juice

  7. STREUSEL TOPPING:

  8. 1 1/3 tbsp. dry milk

  9. 2/3 c. flour

  10. 1/4 lb. light brown sugar, lightly packed

  11. 2 tbsp. hard butter

  12. 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice

  13. DIRECTIONS:

  14. Thaw apples, drain well. Press juice out. Combine dry ingredients. Add to apples, mix well. Add butter and juice. Put in pie shell and spread with streusel topping.

  15. 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to

  16. 300 degrees and bake an additional

  17. 25 minutes. Serve with whipped topping, ice cream or cheese. Serves
