Dutch Apple Pie

2 1/2 c. apples

1/2 c. sugar

3/4 c. flour

1 oz. butter, melted

1 tbsp. lemon juice

STREUSEL TOPPING:

1 1/3 tbsp. dry milk

2/3 c. flour

1/4 lb. light brown sugar, lightly packed

2 tbsp. hard butter

1/2 tsp. apple pie spice

DIRECTIONS:

Thaw apples, drain well. Press juice out. Combine dry ingredients. Add to apples, mix well. Add butter and juice. Put in pie shell and spread with streusel topping.

375 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to

300 degrees and bake an additional

25 minutes. Serve with whipped topping, ice cream or cheese. Serves
