  1. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and garlic and cook on a high heat till the onions are soft. Add apple juice and cook until about half of the liquid has evaporated. Add honey, oregano and sage and continue cooking until the glaze is thick enough to coat the back of a spoon. Add the mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper to taste. Mix well and take off the fire.
