  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  3. 3 tablespoons 45ml Garlic - chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh parsley - chopped

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml White wine Salt and pepper to taste

  6. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Thin spaghetti; cooked - hot Parmesan cheese

  1. Recipe Instructions Melt the butter in olive oil. Add garlic and sauteefor 5 minutes on low. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes. Toss with pasta and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with grated cheese on the side. Serve with crusty bread and salad.
