  1. 2 tablespoons vinaigrette (greek style, low fat)

  2. 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

  3. 1/2 cup chopped tomato

  4. 1/2 cup chopped cucumber

  5. 1/4 cup chopped red onion

  6. 1/3 cup drained canned solid white tuna packed in water , flaked

  7. 4 tablespoons low fat crumbled feta cheese

  8. 1 tablespoon sliced black olives

  1. Put dressing in the bottom of a resealable salad sized container.

  2. Place remaining ingredients on top.

  3. When ready to eat shake container to coat salad with dressing.
