  1. Put ribs in a 8 qt pressure cooker. Add enough water to just cover ribs. Add liquid smoke and garlic. Install lid and cook on high until it starts to jiggle. Reduce to medium heat and cook for 35 min. Turn off heat and release pressure by removing jiggler. When pressure is fully released reove lid and place cooker in sink. Run cold water over ribs for 10 minutes or until ribs are cool. Do not move ribs while cooling. They are very fragile. Put BBQ sauce and other ingredients in sauce pan and heat up but not to a boil. Put ribs in a large casserole dish and pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Roll ribs and coat evenly. Place on grill over medium heat. Cook for 10 min and lower heat to low and cook for another 20 min. You can spare some sauce and brush over ribs while on the grill.
