  2. 2 tbsp. paprika

  3. 1 tbsp. pepper

  4. 1 tbsp. chili powder

  5. 1 tbsp. salt

  6. 1 tbsp. onion powder

  7. 1 tbsp. garlic powder

  1. Stir together the sugar, paprika, pepper, chili powder, salt, onion powder and garlic powder in a small bowl. Rub the spice mixture all over the chicken. Let the chicken stand 30 minutes or wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight.

  2. Prepare the grill. Arrange the chicken pieces on an oiled grill rack and grill about 6 to 8 minutes per side until cooked through.
