  1. 3 c Flour

  2. 2 ts Baking powder

  3. 1 1/4 ts Salt

  4. 1 ts Baking soda

  5. 1 ts Cinnamon

  6. 1/2 ts Nutmeg

  7. 2 Eggs

  8. 1 cn (16-oz) pumpkin

  9. 1 c Packed light brown sugar

  10. 1/2 c Maple syrup

  11. 1/4 c Vegetable oil

  12. 1/2 c Raisins

  13. 1/2 c Chopped pecans

  1. In large bowl mix the first 6 ingredients. In another bowl combine the next 5 ingredients. Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Stir liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until moistened. Add raisins and nuts, then spoon into loaf pan. Bake for 1 1/4 hours in a 350 oven. Cool bread on a wire rack in the pan for 10 minutes. Then remove and let completely cool on rack.
