  1. 1/2 kg.

  2. 1inch pieces

  3. Spinach 3 cups

  4. Green chillies 2

  5. Ghee 2 tbsp.

  6. Sugar 1 tsp.

  7. Chilli powder 1/2 tsp.

  8. Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp.

  9. Coriander Powder 2 tsp.

  10. Garam masala 1 tsp.

  11. Salt to taste

  12. Lime juice 2 tsp

  1. Blanch spinach and green chillies and grind to a smooth paste.

  2. Heat the ghee in a saucepan add 1 tsp. of sugar, when it starts melting add the lamb pieces, stir well until it browns.

  3. Add the spinach paste, salt,chilli,coriander,and turmeric powders,cook until the meat is tender, and the ghee floats on the top.

  4. Add garam masala and lime juice, serve with rice or Indian bread.
