  1. 1 Butter stick

  2. 2 c Biscuit mix

  3. 1 c Sugar

  4. 1/2c Milk

  5. 1 ts Vanilla

  6. 1 cn Peaches,sliced (16 oz)

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F.

  2. Melt butter in a 1-1/2 quart casserole baking dish; tilt to distribute butter evenly on bottom and sides of dish.

  3. Combine biscuit mix and sugar; mix milk and vanilla, add to dry mixture, and stir until blended.

  4. Pour over butter in baking dish; do not stir.

  5. Pour peaches and peach syrup over top; again, do NOT stir.

  6. Bake for about 45 minutes.

  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or well-chilled whipped cream.
