  1. 8 ounces cream cheese

  2. 8 ounces sour cream

  3. 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans

  4. 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package taco seasoning

  5. 1/4 cup salsa

  6. 3 cups Mexican blend cheese, grated

  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, beans, taco seasoning, salsa and 2 cups of the cheese.

  2. Spread into casserole dish and cover with the remaining cup of cheese.

  3. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes until the cheese on top melt.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips or as a cheese filling for enchiladas or burritos.
