  1. 1 kg chicken.

  2. 2 medium size onions.

  3. 7 to 8 green chilies.

  4. 15 to 20 black pepper.

  5. 1 bunch coriander leaves.

  6. 1 1/2 inch ginger.

  7. 1 full pod of garlic.

  8. salt to taste.

  9. oil.

  10. curry leaves.

  1. Cut chicken into small or medium pieces. Wash and keep aside.

  2. Cut onions in to thin slices. Grind green chilies, garlic, black pepper, coriander leaves, hoarsely (not in a fine paste) now take a thick pan, pour half cup of oil, add onions fry it till light golden, add chicken pieces, mix all well slightly, add the green masala paste, mix all again ,add salt and curry leaves.keep on slow fire. turn it in every 10 minutes untill cooked.
