  1. 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell

  2. 4 cups sliced fresh strawberries

  3. 1 1/2 cups water

  4. 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  5. 2 tablespoons cornstarch

  6. 1 small box strawberry gelatin

  7. Place strawberries in pie shell. Mix water, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes or until clear and thick. Remove from heat and add strawberry gelatin; stir until dissolved. Pour over berries in shell. Chill and serve.
