  1. 1 package Premio sausage -

  2. 8 slices smoked bacon -

  3. 1 can bavarian sauerkraut -

  4. 1 jar barbecue sauce

  1. Split sausages lengthwise and stuff with the sauerkraut. Next, wrap the sausage with the smoked bacon and coat with the barbecue sauce. Over a medium fire or in a smoker cook until golden brown with the bacon being crisp. Serve on a roll.
