  1. 5 lb Chuck roast

  2. 2 cans French Onion Soup

  3. 16 oz Beer

  4. 2 oz Whiskey

  5. 2 Beef bouillon cubes

  1. Preparation : Braise roast in 400F. oven for one hour. Add all ingredients together with roast in crock pot. Stir a bit and simmer 4-5 hours. Note: Roast can be cut up in chunks to fit in crockpot- after simmering total time it will be very tender and broken in pieces. May be served on buns with Au Jus or with potatoes and vegetables.
