  1. 2 Cucumbers - scarred or peeled, sliced

  2. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  3. 1 cup 62g / 2 1/5oz Onion - chopped (small)

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Wine vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Dill weed Salt to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Wash cucumbers, scar peel with tongs of fork or if desired, peel cucumbers. Slice and place in bowl. Combine remainder ingredients and mix well. Stir sauce into cucumbers. Store in refrigerator until chilled (3 hours).
