  2. Cabbage Rolls (Hungarian)

  5. 1 1/2 pounds Ground Pork

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  8. 1 teaspoon paprika

  9. 2 tablespoons lard

  10. 1/2 cup onions -- finely chopped

  11. 1/2 cup rice

  12. 1 head cabbage

  13. 1 can tomato soup (or 1/4 cup ketchup)

  14. Cook the onion in lard until soft, then add paprika.

  15. Then combine the ground pork, salt, pepper and rice. Then pour the onion mixture over this and mix very well.

  16. Remove the core from the cabbage and steam

  17. until the leaves just wilt. Separate the leaves

  18. and remove the back rib from the cabbage with

  19. a knife. Then wrap meat mixture in cabbage and place in a pot. Pour tomato soup (I prefer the ketchup)
