  6. 1 1/2 c Seedless raisins

  7. 1 1/2 c Pitted dates

  8. 1 lb Nuts of choice

  9. -pecans)

  10. 1/2 lb Red candied cherries

  11. 1/2 lb Green candied cherries

  12. 1/2 lb Candied pineapple

  13. 1 cn Sweetened conden. milk

  14. 1 1/2 c Crushed graham crackers

  15. To 2 1/2 c.

  16. -(my favorite) or -vanilla wafers

  17. -Butter to grease loaf pans

  18. -or ring mold

  19. Combine all ingredents except crushed cookies. (I

  20. leave my fruit and nuts whole but may be cut up if

  21. your wish.) Mix well to distribute all the fruit and nuts in the milk. Gradually add the crushed cookies

  22. to the mixture and stir. As soon as the mixture is

  23. not "real" sticky you will know you have enough

  24. crushed cookies mixed in. Butter your loaf or ring pan

  25. very well and spoon in the fruit cake mixture. Press

  26. down firmly with the back of a greased spoon (I just

  27. grease my "clean" hands and push the mixture down to

  28. pack it well.) Cover with plastic wrap or foil and place in the refridg. for at least 2 days. When ready

  29. to serve, remove from refridg. and tip out on a

  30. serving plate. IF there are any leftovers...;) you
