    2. Title: VAUNTED VINEGAR SAUCE

    3. Categories: Bbq sauces, Bar-b-q, Mine

    4. Yield: 2 Cups

    5. 2 c Cider vinegar

    6. 2 T Sugar or brown sugar

    7. 2 t Salt

    8. 1 t Fresh ground black pepper

    9. 1 t Cayenne or hot red pepper

    10. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to dissolve the sugar.

    11. Serve at room temperature or chilled. The sauce keeps indefinitely.
