  1. 2 tablespoon cooking oil

  2. 1 cup tuna, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices

  3. 2 tablespoon Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade

  4. Juice from 6 pcs. of calamansi

  5. 1 piece white onion, chopped

  6. Salt and pepper to taste

  7. Mama Sita's pure Labuyo Red hot Pepper sauce

  8. 1. Marinate tuna in Mama Sita's Barbecue Marinade for 5-15 minutes.

  9. 2. Pan-fry the tuna for 3-5 minutes on each side.

  10. 3. Remove from pan and cut into bite size pieces.

  11. 4. Place cut up tuna in hot sizzling plate.

  12. 5. Pour calaman juice and chopped onions over the tuna.

  13. 6. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

  14. 7. Serve with Mama Sita's Pure Labuyo Red Hot Pepper Sauce to add spice.
