  1. 1 1/2 lb Beef, chicken, or turkey

  2. 2 c Water

  3. 1 tb Chili powder

  4. 1 tb Curry powder

  5. 3 Tomatoes, diced

  6. 4 c Cooked kidney beans

  7. 1 Onion, chopped

  8. 1 Bunch green onions, sliced

  9. 1 1/2 c Grated natural sharp cheese

  1. In a frying pan, saute meat until lightly browned. Pour off drippings. Add water, chili, and curry powder; simmer 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and beans; heat through. Stir in onions. Ladle into serving bowls and sprinkle on cheese.
