  1. 200 g cauliflower

  2. 200 g brinjal / eggplant

  3. 100 g beans

  4. 2 green chilies

  5. Oil to cook

  6. A small bunch of coriander leaves

  7. Sarson bata

  8. 1/4 tsp kalonji

  9. 1/2 tsp sugar

  1. Prepare the sarso bata masala and keep aside.

  2. Heat oil in a kadai. Put in the kalonji, and 2 slit green chilies, Introduce the vegettables neatly cut into 2" pieces. Add the turmeric and salt to taste. Cover and cook on slow fire till tender and the oil separates.

  3. Add the ground sarson masala and ½ tsp sugar. Mix quickly and remove from fire.

  4. Sprinkle with coriander leaves and serve.
