  3. 3/4 c Sugar

  5. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  6. 2 c All purpose flour

  7. 1 c Quick cooking oats

  8. 1 ts Baking soda

  9. 1 ts Ground cinnamon

  10. 1 c Pumpkin; canned or fresh

  11. 1 1/2 c Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  12. 1. In a mixing bowl, cream better and sugars. Beat

  13. in egg and vanilla. 2. Combine flour, oats, baking soda and cinnamon;

  14. stir into creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin. 3. Fold in chocolate chips. Drop by tablespoonfuls
