  1. 2 tablespoons 30ml Butter

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Turkey

  3. 2 tablespoons 30ml Honey

  4. 2 tablespoons 30ml Dijon mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Curry powder

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Salt

  8. 1 Garlic clove

  9. Chives

  1. In a large skillet, melt butter. Add turkey; stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes or until turkey is opaque. Add honey, mustard, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and garlic. Cook and stir another 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chives. Serve hot on small picks. Makes 30 to 35 pieces.
