  1. 450g fresh thin egg noodles

  2. 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  3. 300g frozen marinara mixture, thawed

  4. 2 cloves garlic, crushed

  5. 225g fresh undressed coleslaw mix

  6. 100g green beans, roughly chopped

  7. 150g button mushrooms, thinly sliced

  8. 2-3 teaspoons curry powder, to taste

  9. 1/3 cup oyster sauce

  10. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  1. Rinse noodles under hot tap water and separate; drain. Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over moderately high heat. Stirfry marinara mix with garlic for 1-2 minutes or until just cooked. Remove to a plate.

  2. Add coleslaw mix, beans and mushrooms to pan; stir-fry until vegetables begin to soften. Add curry powder; stir-fry until fragrant. Add 1⁄2 cup water, sauces, noodles and marinara mix. Heat through, stirring. Serve at once.
