  1. 4 Reynolds Wrap heavy-duty Aluminum foil - (12" x 18" ea)

  2. 4 Cod fillets - (4 to 6 oz ea)

  3. 2 cups 125g / 4.4oz Frozen whole kernel corn

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped green or red bell pepper

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Salsa

  6. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Chopped fresh cilantro

  1. Recipe Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees or preheat grill to medium-high. Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray. Place one cod fillet on each sheet of foil. Top with corn, green pepper, and salsa. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to form four packets, leaving room for heat circulation inside packets. Bake 18 to 22 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 10 to 12 minutes in a covered grill. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving. This recipe yields 4 servings.
