  1. 1 fresh jalapeno chilli, finely chopped

  2. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  3. 1 small onion, finely chopped

  4. 450g lean minced beef

  5. 4 slices Cheddar cheese

  6. 4 burger buns

  1. Preheat barbecue for high heat.

  2. Mix jalapeno chilli, garlic, onion and minced beef in a medium bowl. Form into four burgers.

  3. Brush barbecue grate with oil. Grill burgers for 5 minutes per side or until well done. Top with Cheddar cheese and serve on buns.
