  1. 1/2 cup 80g / 2.8oz Packed brown sugar

  2. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Pecans - chopped

  3. 1/3 cup 65g / 2 1/3oz Butter or margarine - softened

  4. 2 1/4 cups 533ml Buttermilk baking mix - divided

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cinnamon

  6. 1 cup 237ml Seedless grapes

  7. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Orange peel - grated

  9. 1 Egg

  10. 1/3 cup 78ml Milk

  11. 1/2 cup 118ml Dairy sour cream

  1. Combine brown sugar, pecans, butter, 1/4 cup baking mix and cinnamon; mix well. Add grapes; set aside while preparing batter.

  2. Combine remaining baking mix, sugar and orange peel.

  3. In separate bowl, combine egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients with sour cream. Spoon batter into greased 8-inch square or 9-inch round baking pan; sprinkle with grape mixture. Run knife through batter and grape mixture to swirl.

  4. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 375F and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer or until top is caramelized and browned and wooden pick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool 5 to 10 minutes.

  5. Serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
