  1. 44 ounces ketchup

  2. 1/2 cup molasses

  3. 1/2 cup honey

  4. 5 chipotle chilies , seeded and diced

  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 cup butter , or 1/2 cup canola oil

  7. 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  8. 12 ounces beer

  9. 1 tablespoon onion flakes

  10. 1 teaspoon garlic , granular

  11. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  12. 1/2 teaspoon fresh cracked pepper

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot and simmer till nice a thick about 1 hour. Can be made the day before.

  2. Pour into jars and store in the refrigerator.
