  2. 14 1/2 oz Can beef broth

  3. 3 1/2 To 4 lb. beef stew meat

  4. 4 oz Can green chilies

  5. 12 oz Can vegetable juice

  6. 3 Minced cloves garlic

  1. shredded cheddar cheese Brown meat in oil and drain. Add remaining ingredients except cheese. Simmer over low heat 2 to 3 hours. Shred meat with fork, drain excess liquid. Serve on tortillas with cheese.
