    2. 1 cup milk

    3. 1/2 cup butter

    4. 1 cup sifted floor 1 teaspoon baking powder

    5. 3 eggs, beaten

    1. Instructions Bring milk and butter to a boil.

    2. Slowly stir in sifted flour mixed with baking powder.

    3. Add beaten eggs and drop on buttered tins.

    4. Bake about thirty minutes in a moderate oven.

    5. When cool, cut off tops and fill with whipped cream, corn starch filling, or the following filling:
