  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Pork sausage meat

  2. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Lean ground beef

  3. 1 Garlic - pressed

  4. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Velveeta cheese

  5. 1 tablespoon 15ml Oregano

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Tobacco sauce

  8. 2 Loaves party rye

  1. Brown sausage, beef and garlic. Drain well. Grate cheese and add to meat along with seasonings.

  2. Stir until cheese is melted. Spread on slices of party rye.

  3. Freeze on tray and store in bags.

  4. When ready to serve, broil 3-5 minutes or until bubbly.
