  1. 2 pounds ground turkey

  2. 2 tablespoons minced gingerroot

  3. 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  4. 1 teaspoon dried sage

  5. 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

  8. 8 hamburger buns, toasted

  9. 2 tablespoons Chinese hot mustard

  1. Prepare outdoor grill, placing grill rack 5 inches from heat. In a medium bowl, combine turkey, gingerroot, garlic, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Evenly divide turkey mixture into 8 burgers.

  2. Grill turkey burgers about 5 to 6 minutes per side or until 160 degrees F is reached on meat thermometer and meat is no longer pink in center. To serve, spread bottom half of each bun with Chinese mustard. Place burger on bun and top with other half of bun.
