  1. --crust-- 1/2 c Butter

  2. 1 1/3 c Flour

  4. --batter-- 2 lb Ricotta cheese

  5. 1 1/2 c Sugar

  6. 1/4 c Flour; sifted

  8. 1 ts Vanilla extract

  9. 1/4 c Mixed candied fruit; chopped

  10. 1/2 cup of the mixture and pat the reamining crumbs lightly into the bottom of a lightly greased
