  1. 1 Shallot

  2. 2 gloves of garlic

  3. 1 tsp salt

  4. 1 tsp fresh tarragon

  5. 1 tsp parsley

  6. 1 stick of butter

  7. 2 lbs shrimp

  8. 1/4 cup white wine

  9. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  1. Preheat oven to 550°. Brown shallot and garlic. Add salt taragon, parsley and butter. Mold into tube and refridgerate until firm. Cut shrimp in half, leaving on last rings. Curl tails under and roll. Put in oiled pan. Slice butter and place over shrimp. Drizzle with olive oil, white wine and lemon juice. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
