  1. 400g bacon rashers, sliced into 3cm pieces

  2. 4 flour tortillas

  3. mayo or salad cream to taste

  4. 1/2 an cos lettuce, shredded

  5. 1 tomato, diced

  1. Place bacon in a large, deep frying pan. Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain, and set aside.

  2. Microwave the tortillas for a few seconds, just enough to soften them up and make them pliable without cracking. Immediately spread each with mayo, then top each with 1/4 of the bacon, lettuce and tomato. Fold sides of tortilla over, then roll up. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Cut each wrap in half before serving.
